The deposit is € 150,00 per apartment, payable on arrival. If no damage will occur to the building and furnishing, it will be refunded upon departure.
To confirm the booking will be required a deposit equal to 30% which will be paid by bank transfer.
In case of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
The owner is relieved of any responsibility in case of theft, and events that relate to things belonging to the guest.
